Obchodní strategie stavební firmy FinalPro LK s.r.o.

The bachelor thesis is focused on appropriate strategy design for a construction company FinalPro LK, s.r.o. This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is a literature review that describes individual terms and methods based on the study of recommended literature. In the second, analytical part, analyses of the external and internal environment are carried out, which reveal strengths and weaknesses, but also opportunities and threats. In the last part of the proposal, a strategy is proposed, which results from previous analyses, which leads to the achievement of individual strategic goals. The company should also be able to op-erate successfully on the market in the long term. The conclusion of the bachelor’s thesis is devoted to a discussion where the proposed solution is evaluated.
The analyses of environment in brewing industry

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of internal and external environment of two companies from brewing industry. The aim is to evaluate the current state of companies by using chosen analyses. The thesis is concretrated on the issue of strategic management and also gives a detailed description of used methods and analyses such as PESTLE analysis, Porter´s model of five forces, SWOT analysis and financial methods. Moreover it is based on describing these companies, theirs activities, history and using mentioned methods and analyses for the comparison these breweries. The information gained by analyses is applied for evaluating current strategies with suggestion of current strategies changes. In conclusion formulating new strategies for possible future development.
Business plán obchodu s fotografickým vybavením

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a business plan to establish a photographic store in Brno. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part explains basic terminology related to strategic management and strategic analysis. A quantitative research, analysis of internal and external environment and a stakeholder analysis, which revealed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the business, is broken down in an analytical part of the thesis. Then financial analysis follows. Specific strategies, which are based on these factors, are designed in order to successfully start the business. The last part discusses designated solutions.
